HOW WE PROTECT THE INFORMATION COLLECTED

We have an appropriate data collection, storage and processing policy, as well as proper security measures to prevent: unauthorised access, modification, disclosure or destruction of data, such as: username and password access, information on the transactions and the personal data stored on our site, Back-up etc.  Our site has been developed in accordance with PCI vulnerability standards, in order to create a more secure environment for our users. Besides, it is hosted on servers where an SSL certificate is installed individually, for each domain name, via a Certificate Authority (CA). Thus, all communications to and from the website are encrypted.

INTERESTED PARTY’S RIGHTS

By contacting the Privacy Service, which can be reached by email at: office@graincorporate.com , you have the right, to obtain, at any time,  from Grain Corporate srl, within one month of receiving the request, a deadline that can be further extended by two months, if necessary, depending on the complexity and number of requests received (see Article 12-GDPR), a confirmation that your personal data is in the process of being processed and, in this case, you will  have access to such personal data and to the following information: a) the processing purpose; b) the categories of personal data concerned; c) the recipients or categories of recipients to whom your personal data has been or will be disclosed, in particular if they are recipients from third countries or international organisations; d) where possible, the period during which, your personal data is thought to be kept or, if this not possible, the criteria used to determine such period; e) the interested party ‘s right to ask a data controller for the rectification or deletion of their personal data or the limitation of such date processing, or their right to oppose their operation of such data; f) if the data is not collected from the data subject, all available information regarding its origin; g) the existence of an automated decision-making process, including the profiling mentioned in art. 22, paragraph 1 and 4, and, at least in such cases, relevant information on the logic used, as well as the importance and expected consequences of such processing for the interested party.
